The Steady Ground pages you see here are static HTML. We do not add tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or account logins on these pages. We do not ask you to upload graphic journals or urge logs.

The urge bridge (panic.html) runs a simple timer in your browser. Ratings and timer state stay on your device for that session—we store nothing from that page.

Prefer tools you keep privately: printouts, notes apps you control, PDFs you download.

Third parties

Buttondown & Stripe (checkout)

If you subscribe, Buttondown stores the email you provide so we can send occasional notes. Unsubscribe anytime via their links. Their privacy policy governs that inbox list.

Stripe handles the live Payment Link charge and receipt. Fulfillment is a private zip download on this site after payment (thanks page). Your card statement shows a discreet Stripe/business descriptor — we will publish the exact text once the descriptor is set. We don’t invent a second payment vault or require a community login.

We don’t sell your email. We don’t build a surveillance product.

Scope

Adults · education · crisis

Steady Ground is for adults 18+. It is education and self-reflection—not psychotherapy, counselling, a medical device, or a cure for compulsive use or addiction.
