- Phone face-down + brightness at minimum
- Plug in to charge outside the bed reach
- Log out of the usual app / clear the tab
- Move to a lit room for ten minutes
3) Body before browser (2–3 minutes)
Water. Bathroom. Stretch. Feet on floor. Cold splash. One boring sensory reset before any “just a peek.”
