Sunday soft start
A short companion for adult women (18+) when the calendar clears—weekend morning, empty afternoon, or any open block that usually turns into the loop. Local checkboxes only. Nothing is saved or sent.
Education & self-reflection—not therapy, not a medical device, not a cure.
1) Name the window (30 seconds)
Say or write one line. Borrow if needed:
“This is an open block. Emptiness is a setup—not a character flaw.”
2) Body basics first
3) One piece of soft friction
Pick one—temporary edge for this window, not a lifelong ban:
- Phone charging out of bed-reach (or face-down across the room)
- Brightness down · logout of the usual app · clear the usual tab
- Move to a lit room / kitchen table for the first twenty minutes
4) Bookend the open hours
Soft structure beats “be good today.”
5) Pre-decide the first boring ten
Before the screen suggests a path:
6) Know where the bridge lives
Searching mid-spike is its own trap. Tick what you’ve placed:
7) If the wave still comes—or already did
Soft start does not require a perfect Sunday. Use what fits:
- Urge bridge or body reset mid-spike
- Aftercare · debrief · continuity after
- 7 quiet days for a gentler week shape
When you’re done
Return to the living day. Rest with a soft edge is still rest. If shame starts a second spiral, reopen aftercare or continuity. For a quieter week checklist, try 7 quiet days.
