Saturday soft morning
A short companion for adult women (18+) when Saturday arrives after a hard Friday night—or when empty weekend hours open early. Local checkboxes only. Nothing is saved or sent.
Education & self-reflection—not therapy, not a medical device, not a cure.
1) Name the Saturday pocket (30 seconds)
Say or write one line. Borrow if needed:
“It’s Saturday. Last night does not get to write the whole weekend.”
2) Body basics before the feed
3) One piece of soft friction
Pick one—temporary edge for this morning block, not a lifelong ban:
- Phone charging across the room / face-down for the first ten minutes
- Brightness down · logout of the usual app · clear the usual tab
- Start at a lit table / kitchen counter before the bed-loop posture
4) Bookend the morning
Soft structure beats “be good all weekend.”
5) Pre-decide the first boring ten
Before the screen suggests a path:
6) Know where the bridge lives
Searching mid-spike is its own trap. Tick what you’ve placed:
7) If the wave still comes—or already did
A messy Friday does not require weekend restart theatre. Use what fits:
- Urge bridge mid-spike
- Aftercare · debrief · continuity after
- Soft start for a longer open-hours block
- 7 quiet days for a gentler week shape
When you’re done
Return to the living Saturday. A soft-edged morning still counts. If shame starts a second spiral, reopen aftercare or continuity. Later open hours? Try soft start. Full tool list: tools.
